Delivery

We currently only post to the UK.

Postage is £3.95 per order, and free when your order comes to £40 or more. We use standard delivery (2-3 days). We do offer next day delivery for a £2 surcharge (but there is still one working day for it to be dispatched)

When it’s sent. Pieces in stock are posted within one working days. Made-to-order pieces are posted once they’re made. Each made to order piece will have a lead time, and that starts from the day you order. If your order mixes the two, everything goes together once the made-to-order piece is ready.

How it’s sent. Parcels go tracked with Royal Mail or Evri, and you’ll get an email when it’s on its way.

Courier surcharge. A few postcode areas cost the courier more to reach. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly. The surcharge shows at checkout before you pay, and it still applies when the rest of your postage is free.

Sending a gift. Tick gift wrap in the bag and add a message. The message it’s written by hand on a small card and tucked inside. Nothing in the parcel shows the price, so you can send it straight to them.

Returns

Changed your mind. Let us know within 14 days of your order arriving. Please wait until we have provided you with a returns number before positing it back to us. Once you have the returns number, then post it back within 14 days, unused and in its packaging. We’ll refund the full price, including standard postage, within 14 days of it reaching us. Return postage is not paid for by us, and we’d suggest sending it tracked.

Made for you. Made-to-order pieces in your chosen colours, bespoke commissions and anything personalised can’t be returned unless something’s wrong with them.

Arrived damaged or not right. Email us within 2 days with a photo and we’ll sort it. A replacement where we can, or a full refund including your postage. Please keep the packaging until we’ve replied. We may ask you to return the item (and we will cover the postage).

About handmade pieces. Every resin piece is made by hand, so small marks, tiny bubbles and slight differences in colour are part of it, not faults. If your piece looks different from its photo in a way that matters to you, get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
